Documents required For getting registration under GST Act.

Documents required for Sole proprietorship / Individual.

1.Pan card of individual/ Proprietor.

2.For ID Proof: - Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence of individual/ Proprietor.

3.Photographs of proprietor.

4.For bank related proof: - A Copy first page of bank passbook or bank statement or Copy of Cancelled cheque.

5.Proof of Address of Business :-

1.    For Own premises: - Any document showing the ownership of place where business is carried out like latest property tax payment receipt or municipal khata copy or copy of electricity bill etc.

2.    For Rented leased premises :- Person getting registration should submit copy of rent/  lease agreement and any document in support of ownership of landloard like latest property tax receipt  or municipal khata copy or copy of electricity bill etc.

Documents required for Normal Partnerships.

1.Pan card of Partnership Firm.

2.PAN of designated/ authorised partners.

3.ID proof like of Aadhar Card/ Voter ID card/ Passport/ Driving Licence of designated partners.

4.Photographs of Managing/Authorized/Designated Partners.

5.Proof of Address of Business:-

1.    For Own premises: -  Any document showing the ownership of place where business is carried out like latest property tax payment receipt or municipal khata copy or copy of electricity bill etc.

2.    For Rented leased premises :- Person getting registration should submit copy of rent/  lease agreement and any document in support of ownership of landloard like latest property tax receipt  or municipal khata copy or copy of electricity bill etc.

 6.Partnership Deed.

7.For bank related proof: - A Copy first page of bank passbook or bank statement. Or Copy of Cancelled cheque.

8.Letter of Authorised signatory.

Documents required for Private Limited Company /Public Company /One person company (OPC):

1. PAN card of the company.         

2. PAN of managing director or authorised person.

3. ID proof of directors like of Aadhar Card/ Voter ID card/ Passport/ DL.

4. Registration Certificate of the company.

5. Copy of Board Regulation.

6. Memorandum of Association (MOA) /Articles of Association (AOA).

7. Proof of Address of Business:-

1.    For Own premises: -  Any document showing the ownership of place where business is carried out like latest property tax payment receipt or municipal khata copy or copy of electricity bill etc.

2.   For Rented leased premises :- Person getting registration should submit copy of rent/  lease agreement and any document in support of ownership of landloard like latest property tax receipt  or municipal khata copy or copy of electricity bill etc.

8. Bank Proof: - Copy of Bank Statement showing Account no., MICR code, IFSC code, name of Account holder.
